Strategic Legacy Consultants was born from a shared desire to help people build what matters with purpose, with intention, and with a legacy that extends beyond themselves.
We believe every person, business, ministry, and family carries a unique vision and assignment. Sometimes the vision is clear, but the path forward isn't. Sometimes there is passion without structure, growth without alignment, or purpose without a practical plan.
We come alongside leaders not simply to tell them what to do, but to listen, ask meaningful questions, bring clarity, create strategy, and help turn vision into action.

Founder & Strategist
A Kingdom-minded leader who is passionate about building people, developing leaders, and creating lasting legacy for Kingdom impact. She brings a strong background in organizational operations, team development, leadership equipping, and strategic implementation, with a heart for helping leaders and organizations move forward with clarity and purpose.
With years of experience as a consultant along with years of developing teams in both ecclesiastical and corporate settings, Desiree understands what it takes to build healthy teams and navigate organizational growth and change. Her experience includes developing team strategies, equipping leaders, implementing new business strategies, supporting leadership transitions, and serving in administrative leadership within nonprofit organizations.
Desiree believes that healthy organizations begin with healthy leadership and that lasting impact is built intentionally through people, culture, and strategy. Her approach is grounded in biblical principles and focused on helping leaders navigate change, develop their teams, and turn vision into meaningful action. At the heart of her work is a desire to see what God has placed in people and organizations stewarded well—creating sustainable Kingdom impact that extends beyond today and leaves a legacy for generations to come.
Nikki Roland
Founder & Strategist
A strategist, administrator, and Kingdom-minded leader with a gift for helping visionaries turn ideas into clear, actionable plans. With experience in leadership, operations, education, administration, and entrepreneurship, she brings practical strategy, discernment, and intentionality to Strategic Legacy Consultants.
As a wife, mom, homeschooler, and entrepreneur, Nikki understands the realities of building something meaningful while stewarding faith, family, business, and everyday life. She loves creating, learning, solving problems, and helping people bring clarity, order, and direction to what God has placed in their hands.
Her faith is the foundation of her approach. Nikki believes effective strategy begins with hearing God clearly and is followed by faithful, intentional action—creating healthy businesses, families, ministries, and legacies that can impact generations.
